After the end of the 24/25 season, when Korona took 11th place and was a strong surprise of the spring round, Jacek Zieliński's team began to fall apart a bit. Kielce accustom us to revolutions in the line-up every season - next season in particular we will be able to experience significant changes. Miłosz Trojak, the team captain, Mariusz Fornalczyk, Adrian Dalmau, Dominik Zator, Yoaf Hofmaister and Jewgienij Szykawka have said goodbye to Korona Kielce. This is a very strong reconstruction compared to recent years.
However, the fans have no reason to worry, the president of Korona Kielce, who has gained the fans' trust, announced that at least 5 more players will come to the club, including 2 forwards. On Monday, just before the camp in Warka, 3 players came to the club: Jakub Budnicki, Nikodem Niski and Viktor Popow, and in a few days we are supposed to meet 1 of the 2 announced forwards. According to various portals, Korona won the battle with Raków Częstochowa and is to bring in the Bulgarian player Vladimir Nikolow. This is a transfer awaited by the Kielce community.
The training camp will start soon and will include:
Goalkeepers:
Rafal Mamla,
Xavier Dziekonski,
Michal Niedbała,
Michal Mikielewicz
Defenders:
Pau Rest,
Konrad Matuszewski,
Konstantinos Sotiriou,
Marcel Pięczek,
Hubert Zwoźny,
Jakub Budnicki,
Nicodemus the Short,
Viktor Popov,
Konrad Ciszek
Helpers:
Nono,
David Blanik,
Martin Remacle,
Wiktor Długosz,
Wojciech Kaminski,
Jacob Constantine,
Milosz Strzeboński,
Adam Chojecki,
Jacob Kowalski,
Kacper Minuczyc
Attackers:
Daniel Bak,
Mateusz Głowiński
Bartłomiej Smolarczyk will join the team a bit later.
At the moment the list of players does not look good, but the president reassures and guarantees quality transfers, and even announced that it will be possible to bring in a player with experience - and it will be a transfer bomb. Due to the departures of all the players I mentioned earlier, season ticket sales have fallen - at the moment they are only 2 thousand.
So what can be done to improve this statistic?
The Kielce team must add at least a few players who will encourage fans to support the team in the stands. Another downside of the activists' actions is the inability to enter the Polish Cup final with a season ticket, because it is only valid for league matches. For some, this is a clear disregard for the fan.
We are waiting for the transfers with positive energy, because the new season promises to be extremely exciting.
