Today we already know that Cracovia has become the only Krakow club in the Ekstraklasa. The Pasy team had a successful season, finally finishing in 6th place, although after the first rounds it seemed that they could even fight for European cups. The main hero of the team was Benjamin Källman. Fantastic matches, the best of which included the win over Motor Lublin 6-2 and the win over Śląsk Wrocław 4-2.
Cracovia, led from the beginning of the season by Dawid Kroczek, presented a very high level, and anyone who faced the Pasy team could not be calm about their result. In the first part of the season, it was, for example, the previously mentioned Motor Lublin. The victory in Częstochowa against Raków was also a great success.
The Krakow hero, this time from the striped side of Krakow, Benjamin Källman – we can attribute some of the successes of this season to him. After all, he scored 18 goals and had 7 assists in 34 games. The second such hero could be Filip Rózga – he didn't have the numbers, but his influence on the team was huge. Mikkel Maigard and Gustaw Henrikson are also players who can be distinguished.
Dawid Kroczek in his, really first, season surprised the whole of Poland with his idea for the game. The only thing missing in Pasy's game was repetition. I think he did a fantastic job as a young coach - he never let Adrian Siemienic's team beat him.
It is worth adding that there were also some somewhat compromising matches. The loss in Nowy Sącz to Sandecja allowed us to stop dreaming about the Polish Cup final and focus on the league.
