Marcin Sasal joined Pogoń Grodzisk Mazowiecki in July 2023, already in his first season at the club he managed to advance to the central level as the champion of the 3rd League gr. 1. In the 2024/2025 season, the team from Grodzisk presented itself as a sensational newcomer, securing its second promotion in a row just a month before the end of the competition, at the same time defeating many teams with a past in the Ekstraklasa, and Marcin Sasal was presented as the father of the team's success.

We are slowly approaching the end of the 2024/25 season in the Polish Leagues. At the 3rd league level, the situation with direct promotions to the central level has become clear. In each of the 4 groups in the 3rd league, the competition for promotion lasted quite a long time, but before the last rounds, we learned about the newcomers in the 2nd League for the 2025/26 season.
