Górnik Zabrze has made some interesting additions in the current summer transfer window. Young—jun Goh, Maksymilian Pingot, Natan Dziegielewski, Wiktor Nowak, Michal Sacek, Jarosław Kubicki, Gabriel Barbosa, Theodoros Tsirigotis, Tomasz Loska, and Bastien Donio have joined Górnik Zabrze. Marcel Lubik has also joined the club on loan. Nikodem Zielonka, Norbert Barczak, Kamil Soberka, and Jan Ciucka have returned to Górnik Zabrze from loans from other clubs. Thanks to these signings, Górnik Zabrze essentially finalized its squad for the 2025/26 season at the beginning of July, and further additions to the Zabrze team will likely be aimed at supplementing its already deep and quality squad.

Nigerian striker Hilary Gong is leaving Widzew. The player did not live up to the hopes placed in him in Łódź - he did not even score a goal in the 2024/25 season. Of the last 3 Widzew coaches, only Daniel Myśliwiec valued the sniper's skills. Hilary Gong will continue his career in a club of the Slovak Ekstraklasa, well known to Polish teams - Spartak Trnava.

Wisła Płock defeated Miedź Legnica 2-0 in the play-off final for promotion to Ekstraklasa. Goals for Płock were scored by Łukasz Sekulski and Jorge Jimenez.

Jagiellonia Białystok has acquired Greek striker Dimitris Rallis from SC Heerenveen, the ninth team in the Dutch top league in the 2024/25 season. The sniper is showing good physical, technical and motor skills. He is a great reinforcement of the offensive of the "Pride of Podlasie".

Puszcza Niepołomice, although it reached the semi-finals of the Polish Cup 2025, in the Ekstraklasa its lack of staff quality was very painfully verified. In the 2025/26 season, Żubry will play in the Betclic 1st league.

In the 2024/25 season, Zagłębie Lubin barely managed to stay in the Ekstraklasa. The team had the worst offense in the entire league, and the defense conceded one and a half goals per game.
